If I had an actual amount of real work done on it, I would definitely let you use it. The thing is, my part of the actual project had only just begun when Reu died...and the only thing I ever really completed was the color palette ideas. It was a crazy busy time back then with two jobs, and I had just gotten married that year.

it's alright, I decided to make my own Samus by double ressing sprites from zero mission. This way it will be 100% my own work as well
