I can imagine the amount of work that went into producing this beautiful piece. It's amazing to see how much color and light there is in our night sky that we never notice with our own eyes. Wonderful job!

The information is in the description of the image!

It was taken on the 29th of April, 2006. I really wanted to go the 3-minute per exposure route, but the clouds weren't permitting it. I got away with what I did, and am quite happy with the result; I can see some of the red nebulosity of Rho Ophiuchi. Very happy, indeed.
