It's a shame people don't appreciate having the right to vote...some people would kill to be able to choose who runs their country. It wasn't too long ago that women protested to be able to vote, and women today take that for granted...

People wanted the right to choose. Now they have that right and they know that is false. You can choose a candidate or another, but they are not going to make your life easier or happier...
The only really important choices are those that you make everyday, and that build your life and your destiny...
That's just what I think.

I understand that, although I disagree in that some candidates CAN make life better for the country, but it's the principal of the matter.
Not being allowed to vote is basically saying, "You're not good enough to decide who runs your own country, you're too dumb to understand anything."
Which is why it was so important for women to be able to vote in this country - were women not intelligent enough to be able to vote? Were they any less capable than men?

Right. People is smart enough to deserve the right to vote, but now they are tired enough to reject that right...
Elephant or donkey, it's the same, I wont be happier just "Voting". People's life is made by themselves, by the choices they make when they vote and when they don't vote.
Everybody deserve the right to choose, and choosing to "not choose anything at all" is a good choice too...

Can we just, like, get this over with? Stop arguing about it. People can vote or not vote if they want okay! Yes, some people take voting for granted, but it's unlikely that one vote is going to make huge difference and if the people don't really care, it's not really gonna help either side cause it'll probably even out.
