Most of his attacks would be done through his pickaxe, and down-B would probably make him dig, either to teleport, or to hide. His final smash would most likely involve a rant of which the volume and aggression of which would end up scaring the fighters so badly that they are stunned in fear until they get ejected.
As for Quote... His attacks would probably be centered either shooting his gun, or swinging the sword King gave him. His final smash would be something involving the spirit of King, of which would cause major damage to whoever came near him within the giant ghost of King surrounding Quote like an aura.
