Delicious recipe! I made it today-- I only found that juice from one whole lemon was a bit much for only 4oz of noodles so I ended up making 8oz. Also, after cooking 4oz of noodles I saw no way that would feed three people, but maybe my partner and I just eat too much. /shrug Anywho, it tasted great, thanks for sharing!
