Oh I don't understand the idea, so I try to make my rules more clear so you can orientate on that C;
For the first Theme you can put them into another universe/world (no you have to do it, so be creative lol ;D) but you can't add own OCs/characters ;v; it's just those two!
For the second theme you got more freedom to add own OCs, but it has to be the Naruto Universe ;v;
