very simple. just have your camera on a tripod, use about a 1-3 second exposure (that's what I used). and either zoom in or zoom out while the picture is being taken. it's loads of fun, haha

That's so neat. Gives a very cool warp effect. I like the colors - are they natural or created from the zoom technique?
they are natural but I use a Polarizer filter on my lens which kinda adds a natural saturation/vibrance.
