Well I figure Reila and Felare are in a private school back on the Asari home planet but due to Morinth being constantly in trouble Samara has her moved to Citadel High so she can keep an eye on her. And you know how mad that would make Morinth too 
Good idea, can't have EVERYONE in the same place, that would get... complicated. Could create Morinth to be a teenager with hormones who acts out merely as a phase of adolescence... or she could be written as a complete sociopath with a desire for manipulating others for her own pleasure. She'll probably try that on Shepard, both maybe... Jessica would be nice and turn her down but insure the idea of her not being interested is clear. Elliot... well I could see him saying a simple, blunt "No"

I've had the idea in mind for some time that a person from Shepard's past comes for a 'visit' to the school. Starts talking to Elliot, Jess comes by and things grow out of control... Maybe Finch since he is a jerk, older Finch, not a teenager. Elliot becomes angry but does not show it... until he slaps Finch with a Throw so powerful it sends a shockwave down the hall ripping open lockers and Flinch flies through a door ten yards or meters down the hall
