It was originally supposed to show up multiple times to "torment" the player, but developers decided not to bother.
oh well that would've made more sense. it did seem like that one sequence wasn't enough (even though it WAS pretty badass, i was flipping out the whole time on that earthgov ship)

Getting way too much hate. It'll still have plenty of dark, claustrophobic moments. The developers just wanted to show what new things they've done. I hope they play with the weather more, like what they did early in the demo. Whiteout conditions ftw.
Yeah, I'm there as well. I'm real hesitant about going all-out for this game and getting the special edition, but I'm intrigued to see where this story will go. I really liked the character development in the second one, and I look forward to seeing the newer characters come into play. Do you think that's the Black Marker on Tau Volantis?
Maybe, supposedly it's the marker "home world", so it could be. I'm loving the game by the way. Also, I'm scared of the moon. If you have beaten the game you'll know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, but are going to play DS3, you'll find out what I'm talking about.

It's so amazing! Buy it now (If you haven't by now)! I've finished the game a gazillion times with like 6 different friends. I will admit that after playing it with friends it's really hard alone. I've finished the first game 4 times I think, the second at least 10, but I've only finished the third once solo. And the story is really intriguing.

Yeah I beat it. It does leave some questions...unless you're willing to read up a bit on the wiki or other sources. And it's tough to say if there will be a sequel. I can't really say much more without straying into spoiler territory.
