Same here, I just support the spirit of this day: I was bullied as a kid, and was called "gay" a lot. I became very nervous, and very prejudiced against homosexuality because of this – it frightened me. But when one of my friends stepped forward and proudly said they were gay years later, it shifted my whole outlook. I now have a good many friends who are LGBTQ, and a number of others who support them.
