Thank you! :aww:
Eenope. Completely separate pieces of fabric. But they also took about 11 hours to complete. ^^;
But now that I have those sharp angles down though, I’m looking to get more back leg definition. :nod:

I always thought it was impossible to sew something that forms a triangle with right sides together.

Ohh. :O I thought that's what you did on Applejack. (And I suspect that's what :iconhystree: did on Rarity.)
Well, I will say it is impossible with ultra cuddle, but minky has been a real game changer for me. :nod:

i think i'm thinking about it a bit differently, when i make tails with 2 colors i print out the tail to scale, cut it along the line that connects the two colors and add seam allowances. i have a hard time picturing how i would fit together the triangles that would form since one would be jutted out like > and the other would be like < when placed together.. maybe i'm thinking too deeply into it and should try it >o< when i did applejack's leg it was a triangle sewn onto a straight seam which is possible, but the shape that's popping up in my mind is a bit different for tails with triangles in them

:XD: I know what you mean. It puzzled me until I tried it. :nod: But I knew it couldn’t happen with ultra cuddle. I need like a 0.5-0.75” seam allowance with that stuff. :O
[looks closer at Applejack again, finally sees what you mean] Oh, you hand sew the triangles. Well that makes sense too.
