That was intended. I tried giving him a nose, it looked weird. The face is supposed to be more resembling of a mask itself, its just his "main face" and tiki masks are really disproportionately big.
I didn't want bulky arms on this guy. Then he woulda looked brutish and I didn't want that. I wanted more of a "tiki pole with arms legs," His arms were thinner than they are now, but then he looked too scrawny. This is why I didn't double joint the elbows, it woulda bulked him up too much.
