Thanks for the reply! I've made a screenshot of my config now with some added comments: [link]

New stuff:
It would be awesome if the headers also folded back.
I think the coverless covers draw too much attention. I'm planning to make a new image myself anyway, so I could send you that.
A few custom things don't work for some reason, such as the scrollbar and selection.
Some more play order options would be nice.

And a dropdown lib manager would be absolutely great.
You'll also see that I removed reflection and gloss from the covers and made them bigger, which I think is more 'pure', but that's preference. I did notice that they don't go bigger than between 200 and 300 pixel. You know why that is?

And damn, it's 5 AM here.

Hey man, can you test this for me: [link]

I'm getting one annoying error. After restarting, libman icon is missing, I have to refresh CUI or load .fcl to make it work again. I want to test if this problem only affects my rig.
I've tried replying twice before, so I have a nasty feeling all 3 messages will end up appearing at once!
Same problem here with libman icon not showing until re-loading the .fcl
Using Win7 x86

Beta2 or beta3?
Try opening foo directly from installation folder, or shortcut. Problem occurs only when foo is opened by pressing multimedia key on the keyboard or when you double click on audio file.

Still working on this, I'll post beta4 on your profile when it will be redy.

Ok mate, I've made some enhancements: [link]
I'm searching for a nicer font for date header. Currently it's taken from VS, just like pretty much everything. In my case it's calibri. I think about comfortaa, corbel or ubuntu family fonts.

I also thought about nocover.png: [link]
It's matching the bottom left nocover image.

So, whaddya think? Further improvements on the way! I'll send you a WIP soon.

This is starting to look good man! Awesome progress.

Personally, I like the Ubuntu font the best. Comfortaa look too loose, and as you can see on [link](typeface), the numbers play with the x-height in Corbel. A font I recently discovered, called Foobar, also looks damned good: [link]
And am I right if you changed the font of the tracks as well? I actually really liked the old one.

The shading at the bottom of the playlist is not really my thing, a bit too obvious. The libman works perfectly with me though. One thing that would make it even better was if the main lists expanded automatically?

And what exactly is VS? I can only think of visual studio. It would be awesome if everything would be themed though.

I'm gonna revert to old font for playlist and Ubuntu Condensed for dates/headers (might also try Foobar).

I'm updating the main style first, that's why there are gradients, shadows and bling blings, but don't worry, gonna rework flat gray too. If you have some more ideas about color schemes (like in Winamp's Modern or Bento), post 'em.

VS = visual style.
I can't do much about scrollbars, each CUI panel has different settings for scrollbar skinning. For example, Libtree panel can take bars from visual style or render 'em in an old fashioned, win98 (classic) way while bars in ELPlaylist will always come from your visual style. Brett's WSH Coverflow has it's own skinned, semi-transparent scrollbar.

Main lists in Libman will always stay collapsed at startup... that's a libtree panel limitation (kinda annoying, but I cannot find a substitute).

I'll keep you posted bro, cheers!
