The creator said not to ask, but I'm hoping I can get an answer from someone who has done this and got it working.. Can you tell me what you done to make it work?

when you download, unzip it. then you'll see a file with 'jack.sim' . place him in your folder 'savedsims'. for the rest, place it in the folder 'Packages' which is in 'Mods'

That helped a whole lot. I got my package files into my game. Now the only problem I'm having is that I don't have [or can't find..] a "savedsims" folder. I even searched my comp for it. o.e
make a random sim in CAS then save him. that should prompt the game to automatically create a 'savedsims' folder
