do you have written permission by the original artist. You have a few pictures in your gallery that you need written permission from the ORIGINAL artist- not someone who "rendered" it (aka- not really render- just deleted the background)

please refer to the portion of the rules that state "your submissions may only contain materials or images which were created entirely through your own effort"

Once again I'll say that I don't know the creators, I just took a render which is an open rescource.

Now if the owner has any issues with my submitions I'll take them down, but renders (r cropping backgrounds, because that's what a render is) are -at least most of them- open rescources to everybody.

See, in Pikachu's case, The pokemon was cropped by someone unkown, it was posted on deviantart by the same or a diferent person, and my only link to this story is a direct link from google of this or a copied version of the render sent to me via a request format from a person with a comon forum nickname at some online gaming forums....

PLease don't bother me again, I have comon sense and I fully understand the rules, I expect others to have comon sense as well and don't rage - Communication wil solve anything, I'm not a robot - I'm a human.

so if I stole a necklace and then said "free to use"- do you really think it would be ok? In case you are as ignorant of real property law as you are with intellectual property- that would be accepting stolen goods and just as illegal as if you stole them yourself.

I am not raging, please point out where tone can suddenly be derived from soundless text.

Your reasoning does not absolve you- it makes you the more guilty. Not knowing the original artist and essentially accepting stolen goods is still using art that was not created by you- and thus, still against the site's rules. No one accused you of being a robot- you might actually understand the issue if you were. I will quote once again the issue at play, and maybe this time you'll understand: "your submissions may only contain materials or images which were created entirely through your own effort"

Then so be it - I'm not the only one on deviantart, most of the forum signature makers use those you call "stolen goods".

Go complain at all of them as well. I beleve I'm reasonable. I don't want to discuss this with you anymore since I beleve it is not your bussiness. If you'd like to help me, please notify the artist about the deviation so we can contact eachother and ask for a permission. And in case the permission is not given to me, then I'll take the deviation down.

it's your job to ask before taking- even a child has that much logic. And for your information- if I see it i do tell them- every single person who make sigs. Unfortunately, DA is full of people as stubborn and ignorant as you are. And the DA staff just doesn't have the time. So we can only stand by and watch people like you deteriorate this lovely art site, even though there are plenty of sites that actually allow these to be posted.
replying is up to you- I would have nothing to continue talking about if you chose to stop, so good bye if you really mean it this time

For real now, You keep it up, Stop talking to me like I'm some sort of criminal ! You keep this dialogue up and you insuilt me !

I have no responsibilites about what you call Rip, accept it, ignore it and get over it !

Renders are open rescources, otherwise why would people make them ?

Plus, the internet is huge, how am I going to find the original artist ?

Now, I demand from you to stop talking to me and stop insuilting me, because this is not a behaviour of a man who wants to be respected though his speech. Be polite next time and hear what others have to say !

I'm not insulting as far as I am telling the truth- you are ignorant of the rules and too stubborn to accept them when they are told to you as I have done.

Renders are NOT acceptable no matter how much you pound your feet and pout. They are images taken from artists without permission and edited. Sure- you will find them on other sites, but they are not allowed on this site per the rules I showed you, but you are too stubborn to read or understand.

You cannot demand anything of me- I already told you how simple it is to stop your nonsense. Just stop replying if this vexes you or if you don't care for it. It does not bother me one single bit, but if you stop I will not hunt down a comment to reply to. I comment back to what's in my reply box. Stop being childish and just stop instead acting so affronted. Or you know- block my comments.

But before you do what every single art thief does- which is saying something childish just to have the last word before blocking me. I will re post the RULES OF THE SITE here so you can actually look at them and see that you interpretation of what is allowed is completely wrong. I hope you gain respect for artists some day.

Oh please ! Don't reply at this one ! Just click the X button on the top...

I wont delete your comments because I beleve I'm not a thief.

If you don't hit X and keep replying I'll be the one ignoring you, and it will be the first time in my life to ignore a person.

As for logic, rules and regulations, justice and such - I'm glad to be what I am, you may call me ignorant, I don't care and in fact, yes I'm unaware of renders and permissions and such.

I prefer to solve problems with communication. Whenever the real artist comes to me or I bump to him/her, we'll talk and solve this issue together.

That's what I have to say, I wont keep the conversation up, and yes, I'll leave the comments the way they are - I'm not a thief, my conciousness is clear, and you cant talk about me while you don't even know me.
