A wise master apreas 
I was a bit run down when I did it I admit, by the end of it I just wanted to take a nap. XD
I used a HB pencil get the perspective, shapes and placements right, then used a tech pencil 2B for the detail.
I did it all by eye, using 1 point perspective.
