To be honest, looking at your gallery this is in my opinion your most solid piece of work. I think it has been un-enjoyable for you lately because you're in the process of breaking the barrier into a higher level of skill and you're not settled in yet. It will be interesting to see where you go from here. Keep at it, I'm sure the process will smooth itself out as you go.
