Thank you very much, Roz! I am kind of stuck on UF lately. I haven't done an Apo in a couple of weeks and I'm beginning to go through withdrawal. Hope you are doing OK these days. I don't guess you are too overjoyed about the "royal pregnancy". I guess it's also a big hoop-de-doo in the UK because of it.
Peggi, I couldn't give one toss about the Royals. They are a massive burden on the whole country. So much money and so many with nothing... To be honest the majority of Americans don't seem to realise how controlled we are here. First the jubilee crap, then the Olympics and on top of that all the royal crap. The previous year it was 2 royal weddings. We need a funeral now... I guess it will be Philip before too long... He looks dead already... They keep them all alive with the Rife machine I think...
I am still not 100% well, massive candida outbreak caused from overdose of antibiotics from the medics. I didn't need them in the first place... Long story. It's been a year I don't want to repeat at all... Going back for counselling...
Using h202 therapy and high doses of acidophilus to combat the fungus... Seems to be working well. Given me a sore throat. Not infected though... Using bicarb gargle for that... No pharmaceuticals here if possible...

You sound like you've had the kind of year I've had. I emailed a friend with my litany of what went wrong in 2012. Here it is:
1. I had to buy a "new" used car in February (my 17 yr old Corolla finally died, got a 5 year old Corolla)
2. I had to go to the ER 2x, 1st for GI issues and next for blood volume issues (March and April)
3. I had to have a blood transfusion (April)
4. I had to have a colonoscopy, an upper GI scope, a camera endoscopy and a push endoscopy (April and May)
5. Someone used my husband's SSN to file a bogus Federal Income Tax return and it took us 4 months to get that straightened out (March through July)
6. My Mom died (June)
7. I severely sprained my ankle - tore 2-3 ligaments (September)
But, since then things have been looking up and I'm optimistic for 2013, if the world doesn't end on 12-21-2012 as per the Mayans.
Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) is a very good disinfectant for all sorts of stuff. If you have a tooth problem, you can irrigate with H2O2 and it can help clear it up. It works not only on bacteria, but also fungi, which is why it's the disinfectant of choice in tissue culture incubators in science labs. It works very well for that. What do you do with it? Do you drink it or gargle or use a low concentration for ingestion? I'm not familiar with the internal use of H2O2, just as a topical or a rinse.
I know you have not had a good year, but I hope you continue to improve and perhaps end the year on a good note. I think of you as well, Roz. Who knows, maybe one day we'll actually get to meet. And thank you so much for the wonderful birthday wishes. I can't believe I am going to be 63! That's just sounds so weird for me. I'm still 35 in my mind, though my mirror tells me different. I will be happy to get some time off. We're off starting on the 21st of December and don't come back until Jan 2. I may take a day or two extra and try to make it a full 2 weeks. It will be heaven to not have to get up at the crack of dawn, shower, get dressed and drive an hour up the road to work. I can just relax and maybe even get to do some fractaling which I have not had much time to do lately.

Will send you a PDF all about H2o2. I use it in a nasal spray into my mouth and inhale it. I clean my teeth with it sometimes too. I think it is magic. Shame so many cannot see it as anything other than bleach... 1 extra molecule and they go back to sleep Peggi.
