Dunno, I just drew them like that. If clothes would exist for them, I would have certainly added something against the cold 
dude uberhero has clothes also they should have been frozen in a giant block of ice but its your painting
yea, its my painting after all and umm.... In the game, when we're hunting in the snow worlds, you know that the Patapons doesn't even have clothes while hunting, its a true fact and i like better drawing them like in the game.
