I Object your honour! I bread two Primapes and got a Primape. And since it is possible to hatch a Primape it could be any level. Also Tackle can have a maximum PP of 56. Which means if this Primape was level 28 you would only need to use Struggle 4 times.
bjectionplz: I object to your objection! The maximum PP of a move can only be raised by a PP up, a MAN MADE item. Man made items cannot be used by pokemon, and therefore, cannot be used by Hoppip. There was no evidence of the pokemon using struggle, as the attack which was show for the duration of the battle was tackle! I object to your objection! First of all I am using the objection icon where you are just using bjectionplz: . Also Hoppi could have been a pokemon that was released by a human after they realised how crap Hoppi was! Hoppip would not have PPUPs on if the trainer realized it was shit. No one uses PPUPs on tackle because it's a WEAK MOVE! I object our objection to my objection of y objection! Never apologize it's a sign of weakness!! Hoppip could have been the trainer's only pokemon because Team Rocket stole all his other pokemon! The Trainer also could have had loads of Hoppip and this one might have ran away. I object your objection to my objection of my objection of your objection! That still doesn't justify adding PPUPs to tackle! If it belonged to a trainer which actually trained it, it would only need to reach level 19 to obtain bullet seed, and on the way, it learns poison powder, sleep powder, and stun spore. Also, a caught hoppip would not be hostile towards wild pokemon!
I object to your objection of my objection of your objection of my objection that started this objection chain. The trainer could be really stupid or hav used the PP up by accident. Also this Hoppip could have been released or hatched wild. Once again you have completely ignored my idea that the Primape could be on any level due to breeding. I object to your objection of my objection of your objection of my objection of your objection!You ignored the fact that level 1 Primapes would be babies, and probably wouldn't be able to speak so fluently!
