Nice man - is there a story behind the broken sword?
Long ago, in what we come to know as the 2nd age, the realms of men were threatened by a great evil. A dark lord who wanted, above all else, order. An alliance was formed between elves and men to put a stop to the tyranny and oppression that threatened to engulf the world.
Legend has it that there was a great battle fought between the king of elves, the king of men and the dark lord. All three perished in the fight and the sword used to vanquish the evil was shattered.
... But now the blight of the dark lord has returned to this world and is searching for a weapon lost for centuries that will seal his victory and allow his forces lay waste to the lands again. The legend speaks of a hero who will wield the once broken blade once more and unite the tribes of men against Saura...-ERM The dark lord.
