This mod was made in 3DS Max a long time ago, when my modding skills weren't that good. Now I keep using blender... but it's a bit hard to explain. If you want to merge a head to a body there already is a tutorial here in the xnalaracustomized group (I think). The rest might also require bone weight copy, bones reparenting and other minor things.
