um, by fischer do you mean Pence on this photo? he's a black masked I believe, or a mix of masked + black cheeked, not a fischer 
He's a mix if anything because that bird defiantly has Fischer in him.

I hope we are talking about the same bird, the one on the right, because he has the same darker chest coloring that fischers typically have. Masked have the dark around the face but fischers usually have the darker body. But then again, I am no bird expert.
