Thank you so much! I believe that the sketch was actually done on bigger paper. I was probably just drawing a little smaller than usual. 
your welcome, 0.o well indeed you're right the paper doesn't seem small but your drawing. I guess you've got some knowledge about adding details, it means in many cases that you draw smaller on large paper when you got knowledge of detailing.
