Maybe you´d like it if you added more colour. Especially to Tooth´s feathers. Use round, rough brushes (I presume this is Photoshop, right?) to add dots of light on her body. She´s not only green, add turquoise blues and yellows.

It would be also interesting if you added a completely blue background with some lights, since they look like to be dancing in the air. Resuming, it´s a good drawing, you just have to add some sparks.
