As easternRAT said. Hands are small and round! Make them bigger, and think of the hand as a spade. Fingers always look better if they're drawn seperately.
As for the shading... The tail should be shiny and with scales, and the weapons look a little dull. Excellent job shading the hair! It looks great! I'd only say that if she's underwater the hair should float and wave. I can see what you've done but the current moves up and down too, maybe put more emphasis on that.
My last advice is just to make the stance more dramatic and lifelike.
Otherwise that's BRILLIANT! I love it

Ok, I hope you won't mind me giving you some advices:
- the shading needs improovment; I mean you really should put some more details in you drawings (in this you could have made her tale shine, you could have shaded the hands, face and body as well, as you defenitely could have given a metal look to the weapons)
- the hair is kinda' wrong; If she's a siren then she's under water most of the time, and there the hair tends to get curly a bit and rises with the water curents.
- you need to work on proportions as well; her weist should have been thinner and the hands need work (I myself find it allmost impossible to draw hands, I even have a personal quote: "I couldn't draw hands if my life depended on it.")

Thank you guys for the advice! I am curently working on a new drawing. I'm keeping in mind everything that you two told me. I am trying to improve the shading, and and I am also trying to give the sword a more metalic look. And the stance looks really good in my opinion. ^__^
