Nope, it will never happen, depite how much you desire it. Only Nintendo characters and at least 1 guest character from another game with relevance to Nintendo (Sonic appeared because of the M&S@OG games, while Snake appeared on the NES [Metal Gear; Metal Gear 2: Snake's Revenge] and the Gamecube [Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes].
