Thank you! I don't have a story written down for him or anything, just the general character-design and atmosphere I guess... I'm making another picture of him at the moment. Maybe if I make more of 'em, his personality and story will become more clear to me!
But yes, I think you grasped the general mood and feel of the character perfectly, I'm glad to see I was able to put it into a picture in a way that the viewer can read!
