I know what you mean i just made a mistake while framing this on my tripod but i just loved this one shot so i decided to use it anyway ..i was gonna crop the bottom but then again i love the colors reflected on the glass table so i decided to leave it like that 
Yeah! No it results in a good effect, and if nothing else, it draws the eye back to it a few times! I agree with you: I love the colours on the glass table, so I think ya made the right call.
