Jarvan is a giant and new Soraka comes a close second, while Annie is apparently a giant human child according to in-game model. They are not exactly an accurate representation of what they were trying to get across, but a CG movie is. There are gameplay reasons characters are not as large as they are portrayed in the trailers, after all (visiblity; Cho'gath is three times the size of Nasus who is taller than Warwick even)
Firstly a weight issue? Not a problem - smaller person on top. Secondly, let's say he's nine feet tall (assuming Master Yi is about 6 feet tall and crouched in that image) - that's only one inch taller than the tallest man in the world, and he's not a bull to boot. Additionally, did you know that you can fit a 2liter bottle of soda in the vaginal canal? Women birth babies after all!

As a small woman I can assure you that I am quite knowledgeable in the realms of pain and pleasure and sizes, and birth is not always terribly painful at all. Some women don't even know that they are in labor and if it was the most terrible and horrific experience of a person's life, people wouldn't keep wanting more

An 8'11" (and 439 pound) man does not have a schlong the size of a bull. A wolf doesn't have an absurdly large size compared to its proportions, either. Basically there is no precedence for believing he'd have one that was 3'5" like a horse's at all. Horses and bulls can weigh a thousand pounds, and are four legged ungulates.
