Ahahahaha I totally understand you!! I go around in my summer jimmies too, but when I sit down to draw it gets cold so I have what I call my "art outfit" which includes a jacket on top of my jimmies, ultra-thick socks, stuffed slippers, gloves and earmuffs XD
I also get weird looks from the family but meh, they are used to my weirdness
