The whole things comes together with this. I do prefer the classic 'Pink and Purple' Disney Cheshire but he looks very interesting in this, More twisted and evil than plain mischiefous[sp?]
The muted colors lend well to a slighty more ominous Wonderland than the bright and cheery place we grew up with.
Thank you for drawing this, I hope things get better for you.

The muted effect gives it an overall soft look. I agree with CheskaMouse about how I prefer the "Pink and Purple" Cheshire cat from Disney. But I like this one because of the twisted, dark look to it. I can't help but thinking of American McGee's version of the Cheshire cat but there are differences between his version and your version.. but I have to say I like yours more.
I think the muted effect was a wonderful path to chose when it came down to color.
I hope things get better for you. <3
I love the hair! Usually she is portrayed as being stringy-haired and I like this change! Ringlets are so fricking cute. Also, her dress is really hot. I want it. O_O

I love the muted colour scheme, I find too often people overpower stark, and very nice, linework with bright colours, and this allows your colouring to add to it without overwhelming the base artwork as well.

You can always count on her to lend a hand or get involved, and you usually will find her doing large amounts of both at any given moment. She's consistently reports on contests around dA, showcases the efforts of her fellow artists and shows her charitable side through various activities. Besides all of this, she's a truly talented artist which is why she's an obvious choice for deviousness this month. Read More

There was no kitten-punching involved."
