I'm pretty experienced with exploration, and I have to say it would be incredibly unsafe to venture inside of this building. From this angle it looks okay, but I have some exterior shots that show the collapse on both sides. I actually went in through a back entrance, but decided pretty quickly it wasn't a good idea when the first thing I saw was the ceiling hanging down to the floor. In my opinion, this place will be bulldozed within a year unless someone or some group puts some serious money in to restoring it. It's a shame. 
Yes that would be a shame. I would still love to look it over. I am a retired carpenter with 30 years of construction experience. I have specialized in restoration and preservation for many years also. It would be a shame to lose such a wonderful structure with feature we will never build again. still interested in seeing this monster. tim
