I've still got a long way to go in my art too, but my best advice is to draw from life. Not necessarily from a live model, but referencing photographs helps me a lot when drawing certain poses. Don't trace or copy though! It's a great way to learn more about proper anatomy and will help you greatly improve your drawings.
