I really like this - it's a cute a fun style! :D

However, I do have a few suggestions that you might want to try out (since I saw you were asking for critiques):

1. Try experimenting with colors when shading: Don't be afraid to use more extreme colors, and try to avoid using black/white/grey when shading (admittedly your wolf is grey so it needs to be grayish but this [link] will explain).

2. Try varying line width: this adds depth to the picture. The width of your lines should be effected by the light source and how close it is to the viewer e.g. a brightly lit part that is far from the viewer should have light, thin lines.

Alright. :) I'll go take a look at the guide. I've been practicing shading.
