Yeah, but most of those suck. Where exactly did it say you can't use them at all? You CAN use them, but you can't distribute them or sell them individually (modified or not). So they can be packaged within a game but you can't have access to it. I know lots of people have used cg textures for indie games (non commercial independent games). They just had to credit where they got them.

For those from burningwell, maybe.
You can access to my textures & I share them even for commercial so cgtextures is REALLY not good for me, even if they provide good ressources. Plus sharecg doesn't like cgtextures at all.

This is all about sharing without limits.
That sucks. I am making a survival horror game called stasis and it takes place on a space station (with more of an emphasis of surviving the elements, not for the gore). Also I am making a Jurassic Park themed environment/potential game.
