Mormons are Jehovah's witnesses (without plygamy). My family is closed, because most of us are Atheists.
you obviously need to do more research, mormons and Jehovas witness are totally different, Jehovas witnesses dont even believe christ is God, the docterines arent even close to eachother

How that's not true? Both of them put their noses on other people's business. (It was Mormons who had polygamy, not Jehovas.)
you obviously don't know anything about either religion. mormon gospel focuses on love and happiness, and a kind and loving god, while jehovah's witnesses believe in a strict god and are based almost solely on obedience.
mormons practiced polygamy shortly when the church was first restored - as you probably know, mormons were very persecuted and hated at that time. mobs tried (and often succeeded) to kill or injure them, targeting mostly men (that's how the world worked back then). this caused many widows and fatherless children and during that terrible time men married more than one woman to help provide for and protect them and their children. it's not because they viewed women as objects, like most people think, it was to protect people that needed it.

honestly, we are extremely different from jehovah's witnesses, and comparing our religion and theirs shows that you have no idea what you're talking about. so please, before you make assumptions, at least understand what you're saying.
