He loves his costume, too bad it is a hassle to get it on and off. And every door we stopped at (was Halloween) he had to take his helmet to go up/down the steps then put it back on to knock. hahaha. He could not bend over.

Everyone gushed over his costume. Everyone else had plastic store bought costumes, while he had this fancy custom suit of armor. He looked way cooler than all his cousins and everywhere we stopped we got compliments. Halloween is my favorite holiday.

:D I can tell that :la: It's always much more rewarding to go DIY, it's just more unique :D

I never really got to enjoy it as a kid, wasn't allowed to go trick or treating. But I guess, they don't do that in Germany either ;P But I was always excluded from Halloween stuff at school. So having everyone else be able to enjoy the holiday and not be allowed, it made me love it more than any other holiday.

We have some holidays where you walk around and beg for candy, not in my region tho and not at Halloween

Haha, I understand that
