Comment on TES 5: StormCloaks and Empire by keterok

i doubt the criminal one, since tulius and rikke would be happy if the remaining stormcloaks would just disband, the stormcloaks would be the ones most likely to arrest and execute any leftover imperials even if they are natives. I would say the death thing makes more sense. it just seems like a waste of time to bother getting lines made when they just did not bother using them.
