Anyway, maybe please consider selling us Your set of faces, clothes etc that You used in Chibi Maker with allowance to use it by my company on territory of Poland. No use in iOs, Android - only on our websites as avatar maker etc. We will do all the necessary coding. I have my designers such as

but puting them on such project would take a lot of time and we would love to include such functionality for our users within max. 2 months. And we could arange it so it wont be a threat to anything You are planing to do with Chibi Maker. If You don't want to do anything like this right now I understand and we will do all designing on our own.
Besides that, as a flash-coder I'd recommend You to protect Your swf while exporting them from flash. Right now, anyone can download it, and import it to Flash and get all set of Your work (hair,clothes etc) and use them as they want.
