On Stalin's territorial ambitions in Turkey:
[link]Tito wanted Greek Macedonia, southern Carinthia and the Burgenland. The communist government of Bulgaria wanted Greek Thrace. If the Soviet Union is to be expanded to include Yugoslavia and Bulgaria, it should also include these territories. Tito also wanted to set up a Balkan federation that Greece would be a part of, so you should consider a Soviet Greece.
Use the 1939-41 Soviet-German border for the Soviet-Polish one. It gives the Soviets more territory:
[link]There's always the possibility of Mongolia (which wanted Inner Mongolia), Iranian Azerbaijan, East Turkestan and *maybe* Poland joining the Soviet Union:
[link][link]One Hungarian diplomat mentions the Red Army occupying the corner of Hungary northeast of the Tisza in 1945 and looking like they were preparing an annexation, though they eventually withdrew. No idea how much veracity you should ascribe to this. I've heard the same thing about Wakhan (that northeastern panhandle of Afghanistan, connecting it to China) during the '80s.
Add the Soviet occupation zone to Moscow's sphere of influence. Also, I have to ask how you establish said sphere of influence. Because whatever the criteria, it looks inconsistent.
There are also some other possibilities, like Transylvania joining the Soviet Union as a separate republic or a pro-Soviet Republic of Mahabad distinct from pro-Soviet Iran or different borders in the Soviet Balkans or independent/Czechoslovakian/Polish Lusatia, but they don't affect the overall picture.
If you're using the territorial ambitions of Soviet satellites, well then:
West Germany to East Germany
Part of Kenya (the Northern Frontier District) to Somalia
Djibouti to Somalia and/or Ethiopia
North Yemen and parts of Saudi Arabia (Asir, Najran, Jizan) and Oman (Khuriya Muriya) to South Yemen
Part of Pakistan (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the FATA, Quetta) to Afghanistan
Tsushima to Korea
