Would argue with that! We or our brain can forget about it, ignore it. But one glance into a mirror or something similar and wham! All comes back, cause our body does not forget. As long you do not train like an world champion.
you make a good point! Those mirror-like objects give it away everytime! I even do a little treadmilling and a little mini-trampoline jumping but just doesn't help turn back the clock..........
