For this question 10. Will you be using these lines for coats or black pearl? I'm not sure what it means? I don't plan on doing whatever it is, but I'd like to know what it is to make sure that I wouldn't do it (google was not very resourceful in explaining what it meant
).
Also, it says that approval won't be given to very new members. I just joined this January 3rd and so have only been on the site for a little over 2 weeks. Should I wait longer before sending in an application?
I am familiar with crediting stock/lines where credit is due, as shown with one of my deviations: [link]
I'm just afraid to apply too soon and lose my chance, as your lines look like they'd provide excellent colouring practice

I actually don't really know what those things are either. I know they are for a horse role play game. When people make things for "coats" or "black pearl", they aren't allowed to have any text on it, which means they cannot credit any stock artists. So I wouldn't want my stock used in a place where credit is not allowed.
The new member restriction is based very much on an individual basis. I have a lot of reasons for it. Looking at your profile, I can see you have submitted stuff, which is a plus (means you know HOW to submit, and you aren't just making a duplicate account to bypass a previous denied application). And thanks for the link showing that you have credited and sent a link to a stock provider. That's another thing I look for. Plus, you seem polite and competent. 
I think you have a very good shot at approval as you stand right now.

The Black Pearl is used to make coats on Howrse ( [link] ), a horse simulation game. Basically you pay passes (which are hard to get unless you buy them with actual money) to buy a Black Pearl, which lets you submit a coat. Coats are used to make your horse look different and fancy. But yes, you're right, they can't have text on it. ^_^

Oh, ok. Well there would definitely be no worry there then. The only place I plan on posting any art at all is on deviantart, so credit would always be given.
