Hasbro's generally lenient with content, the only cease and desist things they've sent out strictly thus far are for overly popular plush makers.
Actually I heard that was fake. And they have sent one out to the MLP Online crew along with the MLP Archive site which has the episodes up for torrenting, the latter being strictly criminal.
Still fairly lenient compared to most companies.
Especially Viacom.
