I was thrown initially by the "fur" on Dinobot and Megatron, but when AlCharlie pointed out the theory of Dinos having feathers it made sense.

The colour swaps are going to have me scratching my head a little, the only one I'm certain about is that Megs clearly has more of an Optimus Primal vibe.
