It's quite ironic (I think? 
) how horrifically lazy I am and how much I procrastinate, given how organised I can be (I have specifically designed and built K'nex bookshelves and storage units with bits to hold pens, loo rolls, books, sheets of paper, miscellaneous electronics, paper clips, DS games... ).

Wow... I never really had time for K'nex, I built a few things (strictly following the instruction booklets) and one large, wobbly 'Temple of Doom' type thing (completely ignoring the booklets as it was a combination of various kits)But bookshelves and and storage units would take time, precision and effort... You can't call yourself lazy if you put that much work into something 
Well, heh... I just try to manage my time such that I use as little of it as possible such that I eventually use none of it.
I do that with notebooks. Time is somewhat more useful, I find. You need to use it, even if you're using it to do nothing... If only you could save up un-used time...
