Years and Years and Year and Years ago.. before they made Silence of the Lambs, there was a movie made, called Manhunter, that was actually based on the characters created in the books, as well as another movie, called Red Dragon, which was made, I think, after the success of the other movie adaptions, which is pretty much a remake of Manhunter. Neither of them are as good as ..Lambs and Hannibal, but are kinda worth watching, if you get a chance.
I should watch them regardless. I can't expect much to rival Silence of the Lambs or Hannibal (they are freakin' awesome!), but as long as I enjoy the film, that's all that matters!
