Not really like Aryans... Elitists, yes, but I wouldn't call them Aryan. Nords are more racist then the Altmer (nothing is really that known about the Heartland Elves, so I can't really draw a comparison). Nords, well... They hate more or less every other race that isn't their own, Altmer just want to rule most land possible, and I don't think they care that much about the other Mer-races. Then again, I haven't looked that much into it. Most of the Altmeri war campaign is based on religion, and not race.

True enough,discrimination is pretty common within the Nords.Pretty much anything that isn't a Nord gets treated pretty bad too..But,the Thalmor want to prove the superiority of Mer over Men..or was that simply an excuse?

Thalmor, well.. They're tje Puppet-masters of the Aldmeri Dominion, don't mix those with the general Altmer. back in the Second Era, the Aldmeri Dominion Decided to re-take the Imperial City from the Imperials. Reason: The Human race was the core reason of the problems of the Era, and to retake what the Alyieds' built (White Gold Tower). The Imperials had driven the Altmer out from the City before, so they just want to retake it and make the world better.
