You really should care. Nobody ever feels anything for the bullies, but there is always a reason as to why someone is a bully. If people knew the real reasons, they would understand.

Bullies are bullied themselves, probably have lots of stressful things going on at home, might be going through family problems, maybe they lost a close relative. Sometimes bullying is a way for people to get out anger and sadness. It isn't a nice way, but, talking to a bully and hearing their side of the story helps.
There are some who find it fun, but many have problems that are so stressful and hard, that some people get their anger out by bullying.

They would care if they weren't going through so many stressful problems.
You know, if people actually bothered to listen to the bullies and help them, there would be less bullies. Instead people look at them as terrible human beings, when in reality many of them never act like that and the stress and anger of some sort of problem is getting to their heads.
