Yes. I have shot next to tourists from France, Germany, China and the UAE. We welcome the chance to show the world that shooting is safe and fun.

You just need an ID to *rent* a gun which is not required if you go with me.

I just don't have an AR. I have high capacity pistols and a Mini-14 but no "black rifle" yet....

Does "high capacity" mean original capacity?
You will have a black rifle for sure :D

Yes "high capacity" actually means normal capacity. My CZ75(B) uses 16 round magazines by default, and I live in a "Free state" which means I can use any size magazine I want. I also have four 19 round competition magazines for it.

And I'm not getting my hopes up for an AR15 right now, with the recent anti-gunner freak-out they are hard to get right now. I'm actually closer to buying a VZ.58 which I've wanted for a long time.

VZ58 is reliable too, right?

Its a better rifle than an AK.

It looks like an AK, to the untrained eye. But it is such a superior gun. It is striker fired, the bolt holds open (which to me is a big deal, its kind of the American feature) and It can actually be loaded with stripper clips directly into the magazine. There is also a thumb selector as opposed to that big safety bar on the AK.

It also features a real magazine release button, not just the lock. It has been around since 1958 and is still in use by the Czech forces. The Vietnamese Special Forces also had a number of them during the boarder war with China and prefered it over the AK.

VZ58 > AK

I heard VZ58 was slightly less reliable than AK but already good enough to be counted on. It was a well designed weapon at that era.
